Prussia Berliner Weisse is now available at the tasting room and should hit the market by Friday of this week 6/8. Prussia is a traditional Berliner Weisse, a tart wheat ale, with a very low alcohol content - 3.5%The name Prussia originated from Frederick the Great who became the King of Prussia. Frederick was trained at brewing this very delicate style.
At the tasting room we are serving Prussia three different ways;

raspberry syrup
peach - lemon balm syrup
